The day we explored Nottingham

Sundays, those days when you’ve got nothing to do and everything is closed. They had too many possibilities of turning out to be vinegar days, when the only thing we could do was to pass through the hangover in bed while missing home. But instead of that, we decided to be tourists every Sunday around our beautiful city, and discover it more and more each time. Try a new coffee shop out of the thousands it has, go out for dinner, visit the castle, or what I’m goung to show you today, go for a walk to the Wollaton Park (near the other University). And finally, after the day I got lost, I show you a bit more of where I live.

Adri and I discovered this path while running, and we used it for one of our first excursions. We walked through the Jubilee Campus, which belongs to the University of Nottingham. Although it’s really far away from us, it’s gorgeous.

The Wollaton Park is one of the most popular places here. It has deer in it! When we went there, the sun was already going down, so the pictures are awful. We could hear the deer shouting, and honestly, it didn't provoke the safest feeling. There's also the Wollaton Hall, a house that appeared in a Batman movie. When we got there it was already closed, but they organise there a lot of activities and events.

With this city and my girls, blogger-sundays have become one of my favourite days of the week.
